What we store
Your invitation. Everything you type into the builder — names, dates, venue, events, family, contact numbers, messages — plus the photos you add.
Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use the email to identify your invitations and to contact you about them.
Drafts on your device. An unpublished draft is kept in your browser's local storage so you do not lose it. It never leaves your device until you publish.
Payment records. If you choose a paid design we store a record of the request: the reference code, the amount, which design, which invitation, your account email, and whether it has been confirmed. We never see or store your bank details, card numbers or banking login — the transfer happens entirely inside your own banking app.
What you send us on WhatsApp. Sending your payment slip opens a message to us from your own phone. We receive whatever that message contains, including your phone number, and keep it only to match your payment to your invitation.
Who can see it
A published invitation is public to anyone who has its link, and search engines may index it. The collection cannot be browsed — nobody can list every invitation on the site — but a link, once shared, can be forwarded to anyone.
Your email address is never shown on your invitation, and guests never see it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We rely on a small number of services to run the product:
- Google Firebase — sign-in and the database that stores your invitation.
- Cloudinary — hosting and delivering the photos you upload.
- Vercel — serving the website.
- Google Maps — the map on the venue section, loaded when a guest opens your invitation.
- Your own bank or wallet app — a paid design is a direct transfer you make yourself. No payment processor sits between us, and we never see your card, wallet or banking details.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you use the button to send us your payment slip. That message is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Guest RSVPs
RSVP replies do not come to us. The form opens WhatsApp on the guest's own phone with a message addressed to the number you provided, and the conversation is between the guest and your family.
How long we keep it
An invitation stays until you ask us to delete it. Ask at any time by writing to invitenepal@proton.me from the email address on your account, and we will remove the invitation, its photos and your account data.
