Terms of Service

InviteNepal · Kathmandu, Nepal

These terms describe how the service actually works today. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before we begin charging.

What we provide

InviteNepal turns your wedding details into a web page with its own link, which you share with your guests. We host that page and keep it available. We are not a printer, a planner, or an events agency.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Only that account can edit or delete the invitations it created. If you lose access to the Google account, we cannot transfer its invitations to another one.

Your content

The names, photos, dates and messages on your invitation remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of serving your invitation. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, including photographs taken by a photographer you hired.

Anyone with the link can open your invitation, and links may be forwarded. Do not put anything on it that would harm you if a stranger read it.

What you may not publish

Content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, impersonates someone else, infringes copyright, or is not connected to a real wedding or celebration. We may remove an invitation that breaks this rule, and will tell you why at the email on your account.

Payment and refunds

Designs are priced individually. Some are free forever; the rest are shown with their price before you choose one, and you pay that amount once, for that invitation. There is no subscription. Editing an invitation you have already published is free, for as long as the service exists — as long as you stay on a design you have already paid for. Moving an invitation onto a design that costs more is charged at that design's price.

If the invitation you paid for never published because something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will refund you in full. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not otherwise offer refunds once your invitation is live.

Availability

We aim to keep every published invitation reachable through the wedding it was made for, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime. Keep your guests' phone numbers somewhere other than this service.

Ending your use

You may ask us to delete an invitation and its data at any time by writing to invitenepal@proton.me. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
